Subwoofer help????plz?

hey imbuying a y link to hook my comp to my home stero and i was wondering if i could soemhow hook my cars subwoofer up to it its connected to a rockerfosgate 150watt amp and idk what brand the sub is but its a 12 inch sub. so how can i hoo the sup to my stero (which is a jvc compact componet system fs-s77) and please use details cause i dont know much about electricity and car stuff PLZZ help ty
