Where were all of the so-called "states' rights" people when…?

Considering the current administration has done more to limit/ignore state rights then any other president has ever done. Not to mention the increased power over individual rights. I would strongly recommend looking into the future as opposed to the past if you want to fight something. Big brother is coming in more ways then you can possible imagine. Think about it, the federal government now has the authority to take my children from me based on a bmi. What ever happened to health records being private?
