Is it me, or has it become harder to listen to jokes about recently dead celebrities?

I have been reviewing some old episodes of my favorite, more satirical shows and have come across a few jokes about say Michael Jackson, Gary Coleman, etc. Just sort of went 'awww' at the fact that one of those harmless, tacky jokes now pokes fun rather morbidly. (On Whose Line Is It Anyway, Wayne Brady played Gary Coleman getting run over by a steamroller) What are other opinions on it? Does it affect you in any way?
