Can Americans/Canadians trust Germany at their full power?

Yes. I don't believe that Germany will try to rise again. Balance of the world is changing. As you know there was conflict between Germany and Allied Nations and then NATO and Soviets and now new conflict is Islamization and Anti-Islamization. It has already started in Europe.
