Why do Cons criticize Obama's stimulus when the educated and even morons like Bush understood itwas necessary?

Why don't they realize that the only reason these necessary measures were opposed by Republicans was in the hope that they could sway an angry public against those who recently took power? Isn't it pretty blatant to anyone with at least a half of a brain?
