Now who's fault is this???

I know most Muslims will say this is not Islamic and it is cultural, but if the quran or a hadith states that women must cover themselves then those who kill them for not doing so are basing their reasoning on those pages so in fact it is based on Islam. Those countries that practice such dispicable actions do so based on the religion.
