I can hardly function under even the least amount of pressure. What should I do?
I think that you need to learn some stress management techniques. you can learn to identify stress and how your body reacts to that stress. remember stress can be positive (a marriage) or negative (homework, ignments, ect.). Start by noticing how your body reacts to stress..how do you know you are feeling stress or anxiety. Try taking deep breaths or walking to releive anxiety. You are under alot of stress and anxiety is the reaction that your body is having to that stress. You can always talk to a professional also.
