I have a outside hutch(cage)and its for small animals and i was wondering if it would be okay for guinea pigs?

If i took them inside when it was cold..i have an inside cage too but its getting too small for them..and i dont know maybe in the summer if i put a fan outside or take them in..just wondering so no rude answers plz?!
