Any men out there who got snipped in your past & didn't mention it to a SO

I've thought it might be fun if I got a vasectomy & then ended up in a relationship with a woman who wanted to get pregnant but didn't know about it. We would have lots of fun "trying". Any men actually been in that situation? Did the truth come out? What happened when the truth came out?
