When will Obama stop the human rights violations in Africa, blacks have been cannibalizing each other recently?

He could care less about the violations going on. He is about ready to take your rights, so why would he make comment against what he has in mind for us? He has dissed the Constitution as a flawed doent, so he must disagree with the human rights contained within.
