Can you make oil paint out of oil pastels?

Ok Oil Pastels are awesome but I was wondering can you make paint out of them. Like ya know some how turn it into oil paint I already own acrylic paint I just want Oil Paint now but Im broke so I wanna make some PLEASE HELP ME OUT IM HAVING A MAJOR ARTIST BLOCK!!!
