Found a tortoise, HELP!?

Depending on what kind it is you can always have an enclosure for it inside, as I live in Montana and it gets cold in the winter so I have mine inside. check out Austin's Turtle Page as it has pictures of the different kinds and care sheets so you can give it the food and stuff it needs while you see if someone lost it.
