Does anyone know a relatively cheap shipping service that ships to Egypt?

I purchased some books off amazon and sent them to a friend of mine living in Sienna, now the books arrived late to her house and she left for a trip to Egypt I want to know if there's some sort of shipping service that doesn't cost a fortune that would ship these books here.
