I bought it on Monday and it was frozen solid. I placed it in the refridgerator to dethaw when I got home. Today, Tuesday I took it out of the refridgerator and put it in the sink to dethaw. It is still dethawing but I put it back into the refridgerator tonight (Tuesday night) because I didn't want it to dethaw to fast. I am just worried that I messed up by letting it defrost in the sink today. Do you think this could have cause bacteria? Should I buy another turkey?? Any help would be great appreciated.
